It would be nice to have a way to let our patient know that if they send a text message in patient engage while we our out of the office for vacation or other reasons, we can create a "out of the office" system gen text letting them know.

Have a calendar view of your schedule when using the Demand Force app. That would allow us to see what openings we have in our schedule. Having just a list doesn't help at all.

Patient forms -- need a way to get alerts for completed forms and track status of sent forms

There needs to be better tracking for sent forms to patients. 1 -- we should get alerts or notifications whether in Dentrix or via email that a patient completed forms including forms sent on demand 2 -- the forms portal should have a summary page...
