Auto-populating patient info when updating forms

When a patient updates their info, it would be helpful for patients if the existing demographic info in Dentrix would auto-populate onto the update & the patient could then verify or update anything that has changed.

Fix matching patient problems. Seems to be too picky on responses and can't find the patient to match to. Try to update patient information and then still no match???

Patient engage-texting and confirmation interference with each other

Wish when texting using Patient Engage that if someone confirms their appointment immediately your text is erased and disappears and have to start over. Or wish it allowed copy and paste.

Provider of Choice

It would be nice to have an area for patients that have a provider that they always want to see, both doctor and hygienist. Some sort of pop-up (NOT an alert) that would come up when scheduling an appointment
