image upload - allow users to easily upload images from their computer. Ideally these would be saved to an image library within the Dentrix hub - so it can be continuously re-used.
image format support - support common image formats like JPEG, PNG - to ensure compatibility + ease of use.
Image size limit - set a reasonable file size limit to ensure efficient message delivery while still accommodating essential visuals.
