Many of our patients are Korean, so we would like to communicate with them in both Korean and in English. In Patient Engage communications (welcome, thank you messaging, etc.), the Korean language is unable to save and gets broken when saved (Ex: ©ëë¤). Preview works fine and even the test email works well. Just saving does not work. Would be beneficial to other dental offices if saving other languages would work.
