e-mail quick letters
It really is silly that to e-mail quick letters to a patient you have to either cut and paste the letter into the e-mail box from dentrix or copy and paste the e-mail in MS Word when sending. there should be a option of sending directly.

"Check In" text needs to say Update Requested, needs to be customizable
Families with multiple patients do not know who to fill it out for. The text led link in no way corresponds with patient check in. It needs to be labeled correctly and we need to make sure it is understood who is requiring an update.

printable forms through patient engage
If the patient is unable to access the link and the office does not have a kiosk then atleast the forms would be able to be printed and filled out.

Editing questionnaire templates
I'm surprised it's not possible to edit the questionnaire templates used to build patient forms. I would like to be able to change the verbiage used, eliminate parts of templated sections, and include If/then functions for long lists of questions....
