The available appointments are in 15 minute increment for Hotlist notifications. Our system is set for 10 minute increments. For instance, I have an open appointment at 8:50. I can only send out the notifications for 8:45 or 9:00. Makes no sense that this can't be changed to match my settings.

I also request this change. The hotlist is supposed to make filling open appts easier.... but, I can't even notify the patient of the correct appointment time???
