Patient engage mobile should include patient's allergies and also preferred pharmacy phone #
As with DTX mobile, patient's info included drug allergies. When using PE mobile when out of office to handle emergencies this came in handy. Please include in update.

Go Back to questionnaires, the new form are AWFULL!!
The new forms don't sync in a timely manner and require EXACT information for them to sync. If there is one tiny detail that is different, then they don't sync. You cannot print the forms because the format changes once the forms have been filled ...
