Purging items in Document Center by Document Types

Because we are recommended to keep certain files for a certain amount of years, this should be an option. The files in the document center are taking up too much space after 7+ years and counting. Cleaning it up would make it so much easier for us...

Add the ability to retrieve documents that have been deleted from the document center

If a document has accidentally been deleted from the document center, it would be helpful to know where that document goes and have the ability to retrieve it
