merge 2 patients (same patient set up as twice in error)

Need all information in one patient file and it is split into different patients that were sent up incorrectly.

Edit first visit date

Prevent making duplicate charts

There should be a block that prevents you from making a duplicate of an existing patient if they have the same name and dob.

Make the mobile phone number default

It would be nice if the mobile number is the default since most people no longer have a home phone.

Add Write Off to the Family File drop-down list

make Mobile cell number a default
