Birth dates

It would be nice to have patients birthdates listed next to their chart numbers on the top of their record.

Report of Continuing Care Motivational Notes

We record a lot of pertinent info in the motivational note. It would be helpful if we could print these out each morning for the hygiene patients that day. There is not currently a way to do this for just one day's patients.

Add new patient status as Terminated

We would like to have a new status added to the family file to let us know that a patient has been TERMINATED. We would like to decipher if the patient was let go due bad behavior etc.

Add a place for pronounced name

Spliting patient accounts out

Dentrix really needs to add an easy way to split out accounts due to divorce and/or children becoming adults and needing their own account. It should be able to take their chart, perio chart, xrays, clinical notes and their account balance.

Allow for an altermate billing address on the family account without changing the family address

This would be helpful on accounts when there is a POA or others who have someone else paying the bills.

Pop Up Per Insurance Policy

Customizable automatic pop-up options for patient accounts per insurance policy - if a preauth is required or there is a waiting period, etc. Would be added by checking a box in the benefits/coverage section.
