There should be some way for the software to automatically set the Status of patients to "Inactive" based on some set parameter, such as the Date of Last Visit. As an example, the utility could be run so that all patients who have not been to the office since 12/31/2018, would automatically have their Status in their Family File set to "Inactive". This would vastly improve the accuracy of the "value" of the patient database because it would improve the "currency" of that database.
