We would like to have a new status added to the family file to let us know that a patient has been TERMINATED. We would like to decipher if the patient was let go due bad behavior etc.
If that feature was used, I may use it too. For now, we Inactivate and leave a Patient Note in the family file or flag the patient account.
I think what's important is having the account not active and having the reason for not being active, and i think "terminated" may not be sufficient information why the patient shouldn't be scheduled.
