Delete Gratuity Type

when entering a Gratuity type it's easy to enter more than one because it doesn't show that it was activated until you go back to the patient and THEN find that you've entered multiples :-( Please let us DELETE gratuity types. Thank you

Change family relations even with outstanding claims

Family dynamics change constantly. If a family has multiple children and divorces happen and people remarry and the patients are constantly coming in its pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to have no claims outstanding for the family. Just let me move a patie...

Adding out of country address/phone number

If needing to bill patient for services. Dentrix does not allow out of country addresses or phone numbers.

Need to be able to change a group of patients to an Inactive Status.

This would allow an office to go in once a year to inactivate pt's that haven't been in a while, instead of having to manually go into each individual patient chart.

Need to add area on family file for pending insurance totals to be reflected in coverage/used until posted

Add "Billing Type" to Dentrix Famiy File. Place it under "Fee Schedule"

When a patient changes ins. and we are allowed to start billing them sometimes the Billing Type doesn't get changed. This way we'd be able to see it on a daily basis and keep better track.

Ability to Choose an Archived Patient Under Referred By in Family File

Currently you can't choose an archived patient as a person who has referred a new patient; you have to change the archived patient's status back to a patient to do so.
