Combining duplicate Doctor Referral entries

Cleaning up the Referred By DOCTOR/OTHER REPORT I found lots of duplicate entries for the same practice.  Currently there is not a way to combine in maintenance, so each patient has to be edited to the correct referral doctor and then the duplicate entry can be deleted.

    Yes Please! When a referral is added by mistake, there is no way to clean this up.
