Merging Same Person

We had a patient that was seen here in 1990. He said he was a new patient and have never been here before, so we made him a new account. Now looking back it would be nice if you could merge the same person(s) in case this happens again.

High light bad debt patients

It would be great to have a bad debt patient record show up in red all around it as to better identify that person has a bad debt.

color coding billing types

bigger bolder billing types possibly color choices would be helpful for a quick glance for staff members to pick up a balance issue quickly

The family insurance add/remove are wonky.

When ADDING a family member to an existing family, the insurance on file should NOT auto-update. A patient could live at the same address but have an entirely different insurance on their own or no insurance at all (like a mom or older child). We ...

Continuing Care Defaults be turned off

There should be an option under settings to turn off patients CC default. We are having problems not being able to change their CC and support says we need to unclick the default CC for EACH PATIENT. That's ridiculous.

Add an adendum to closed prescription

It would be helpful if we could add additional information to a prescription that has been closed. IE: we call in a script and the pharmacy faxes us an authorization from the dr we need a place to add that.

Make it harder to accidentally unclick Assignment of Benefits

Have a message pop up asking "Are you sure you want insurance payment to be sent to subscriber/patient?" when someone unclicks Assignment of Benefits, which is located under Signature on File in Ins section of Family File.

Ability to Choose an Archived Patient Under Referred By in Family File

Currently you can't choose an archived patient as a person who has referred a new patient; you have to change the archived patient's status back to a patient to do so.

I would like to change the font size for all dentrix modules, not just the schedule.

When font size cannot be enlarged, it causes excessive eye strain. It would be nice if we could change font size on Family File, ledger and appointment list.
