Being able to print a face sheet with patient demographic information would be helpful for update purposes. This would allow us to be able to print information we have address, phone #, email, emergency contact, insurance info etc., hand to patient and have them only change what needs updating. There is no good way to do this now when not utilizing the questionnaire form which is not something that is beneficial for our practice.
