Add an element to show missed appointments when hovering.

This is helpful when rescheduling. Dr. reviews this every morning in our meeting but we have to hunt for this information.

when you look up patient please cell number because alot of patients don't have a home anymore.

Change family relations even with outstanding claims

Family dynamics change constantly. If a family has multiple children and divorces happen and people remarry and the patients are constantly coming in its pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to have no claims outstanding for the family. Just let me move a patie...

Add individual patient balance on family file.

instead of having to go to each persons ledger to see the balance, you would have access to it at first glance. there is a extra column right next to the patients birthday.

Edit Family Relations - Select Address

When using Edit Family Relations to combine two patients into one account, I would like the option to select which address to keep (or to keep both addresses). Or to have the old address save in a note somewhere.

Patient Picture

To take, and upload a patients photograph for their file in a simple form would be convenient. There should be a feature in Dentrix that allows for us to pull up their Dentrix Patient Picture and just snap their picture at the front desk and it go...

Merge existing patients

I called Dentrix support today because I wanted to merge two single patients in my office who recently got married. Only to be told that this is not possible, However, the merge button exists when you click on Edit family relations.

zipcode

We need to enter canadian address with alpha-numeric zipcodes for our patients that live in Canada. We were able to do this on EasyDental version 12.2, but not on version 12.5 which we now have. HELP NOW PLEASE!

Adding out of country address/phone number

If needing to bill patient for services. Dentrix does not allow out of country addresses or phone numbers.
