We need to enter canadian address with alpha-numeric zipcodes for our patients that live in Canada. We were able to do this on EasyDental version 12.2, but not on version 12.5 which we now have. HELP NOW PLEASE!
I agree! We are in the north and have patient who live in Canada. It is impossible to enter the address correctly with Dentrix. We need to be able to have the option of letters and numbers
Still need to enter canadian zip codes for EasyDental version 12.5. This was a bad oversight when v.12.5 was created and is not acceptable. Please work on ASAP. The system does not allow us to enter ANY address until a zip code can be entered properly.
