Marie - if it's helpful, if a patient only has a cell then we always put their cell number in the home number box. We use the home number box as the patient's preferred number, the cell phone box for their cell phone and if they have a home number (but it's not their preferred number) we put it in the "other" box. This way, when searching by phone number, the cell number will come up since it's in the home number box. As long as everyone in the office understands the method, then it works great. I hope that makes sense. :)

Please add cell number to be able to look up patient, instead of Home number or least add to the list. thank you
