PROHY CONTINUING CARE

I'VE HAD DENTRIX FOR 22YRS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PROPHY CONTINUING CARE. NOW IF I POST D1110 IT DOES NOT UPDATE THE CONTINUING CARE. WHY HAS THIS BEEN CHANGED? I AM WASTING SO MUCH TIME CHANGING THEM MYSELF. THIS IS MY NEW JOB!!!!????? FIX ...

Add all Family File Demographic fields to the mail merge, quick letters, data elements

Adding all the fields from the family file to the mail merge (Data Elements) would be great. It would be nice to have all that information in there so that we can print a page for the patient to review their info (what we have in stored in Dentrix).

Family File/View all family members next scheduled appt.'s from family file screen. You could rename the tabs at the lower half of the family file that says position, gender, patient and birthday (this is all at the top section) to "Next scheduled appt."(listing the next sched. appt. for each family member) This makes it easier to view all family members all at one time.

Family File- show next appointment(what procedure and who pt is scheduled with)

We have to go to multiple places to find the patients next appointment. It would be so CONVINIENT if it was on the Family File page when we click on that patients name.

can you please place mobile number in look up tool for patients's file

it is important because most people have mobile number not home number. most recare systems or reminding systems wont pick up from home number space, and duplication is somtimes forgot
