I'VE HAD DENTRIX FOR 22YRS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PROPHY CONTINUING CARE. NOW IF I POST D1110 IT DOES NOT UPDATE THE CONTINUING CARE. WHY HAS THIS BEEN CHANGED? I AM WASTING SO MUCH TIME CHANGING THEM MYSELF. THIS IS MY NEW JOB!!!!????? FIX THIS!!!! OR I'LL SHUT OFF ALL MY ELECTRONIC CRAP AND USE SOMEONE ELSE.
I agree!!! It's bull crap. They say you need to follow a new work flow and check pt out before making next recall visit. My opinion it's an error on Dentrix's part to fix something else in 7.5. I agree!!! I am looking to change to Eaglesoft per new experienced staff hired from other offices using EagleSoft.
We are spending so much time to correct this manually. WHY?
