Patient year end refunds/checks sent out within Dentrix, i.e. linked bank account to generate year end refunds with the press of a few buttons.

Questionnaires signing multiple at once

Sign multiple forms at one time rather then signing each individual form if there is a way to highlight the forms you want all signed and then the patient just has to sign once and it goes to each form that would really help speed up our check in ...

Add check number to printed ledger

Patients call at later dates and request a copy of their ledger. They are looking for specific payment info (such as their check number) to turn in to their HSA accounts.
