time length of attachments

Most claims take 30 days to process, it would be nice to be able to see the attachments. 15 days isn't long enough, would like to be able to access the attachments for at least 45 days

Keep original date xray was taken when importing to claims

Add claim total to EOB response

Add total claim amount to the bottom of EOB response. Allows for easier calculations for patient portions and it is easier for patient's to understand.
