We noticed the new version auto stored EDI copy in Document Center. That's great; however, it's inconvenience & time consuming for our staff to have to go in the document center to get a copy print out in order to know what the insurance pays before collect from patients. It's inefficient for the extra steps & extra wait time that unnecessary as most patient likes to get out of the door asap after their appointment completed. Also EDI now can't coordinate with 2nd insurance likes normal conditions. Hopefully Dentrix can fix this & have a copy print out automatically like the older version + auto store a copy in the document center & auto coordinate with 2nd insurance. Otherwise, it's inefficient improvement.
