D6190 needs option to add tooth #, quadrant AND arch

multiple insurance companies bounce back claim submissions for D6190 requesting tooth #, quadrant AND arch. We use Box 35 to submit this info in the remarks, but their automated systems can't read this. The outcome is additional man hours required...

Include Dates with Clinical Note Attachments

CIGNA requires seat date as well as prep date on their claims. I always include clinical notes. To prevent having to put that in the "Remarks" section, why not add the dates to the clinical notes when they are attached.

automatic claim attachemnt needs a copy from another payor ID option

If it were possible to copy a payor id, it would save a large amount of time in entering a new insurance plan

Add default note to all claims in BOX 35

Be able to add a default note to all claims in BOX 35 EXAMPLE: Code D1999 is for COVID PPE so that you do not need to add it manually to each claim individually.
