Most areas of Dentrix ask if you would like to save your changes after you click close, and have not previously clicked "save". "Yes" save my changes, and you are done. Ex: Adding to a document, changing a dental code, or changing a time clock entry. When adding a legacy note, if you click close it says "You have unsaved changes. Do you wish to close anyway?" Which requires a "No" response if you want to save the note. Then you must go back and click the green + to save, and then close. Auto-pilot for Dentrix is to click yes after closing to save anything, and this is opposite. It's just inconsistent and requires you to actually read the pop-op, and I definitely deleted my first few notes.
