Claim status to show on Claims Aging Report

When insurance is called for status of outstanding claim, it would be nice to have a status note show on the Claim Aging Report. For Example, the date insurance was called and note: received, more info requested, under review and so on.

Attach pdf that is saved into doc center to claims

eliminates several steps when attaching pdf files from specialist to eclaims that exist in doc center

Make Preauth narative (remarks)and prosthesis status carry over to Claim in ledger.

It would save time. It will carry over the preauth # so why not these extra two steps.

Add a batched claims report

There is no other way for offices to find claims that are batched but not sent. This allows claims to tracked, filed and paid in a timely manner.

Cancelling A Claim To Send While on the Process

Please have a feature for cancelling a claim to send , cause every time we cancel a claim to send, it's still going through.

Report showing batched claims that were not sent

This is a huge problem especially since dentrix does not currently have such a report. PROBLEMATIC!! If we dont know the claim was not sent, then it affects our collections. MONEY LOST.. Healthy Smiles Dentistry

Payor ID needs to be added in Dentrix for Wellmark Medicare Advantage plans Payor ID# SDCMS

Claims are not being accepted or paid because they require payor Id SDCMS to be used for electronic claims and this is not an option available to us in Dentrix. This plan has been out for 2 years so I don't understand why Dentrix is not aware of n...

Removed exam form from perio chart when attaching to claim or pre-d

Our office does not use the Perio Exam form, and it is therefore useless to attach to a claim or pre-d. Adds one more step in deleting this form before sending electronically.
