Bring back the ability to record an insurance fee for a code even though it is set to "use office fee" in Fee Schedule Setup

Please modifty Insurance Aging Report format

The insurance aging report is very hard to read and it would be nice to have a separation (be it spacing or a line) between each patient. It all is squished together.

Remove or Archive Providers no longer with the practice

We have maximized our providers and are no longer able to add new providers. To make room for new providers, we would like to be able to archive deceased or inactive providers.

Selecting Multiple Batches at Once

Aging Report Export Capabitiy

Would like to be able to export reports for updating and tracking purposes. Being able to export to excel or word would decrease time required to create databases and save printing of all these reports everytime you have to compare them.

List of Archive patients

It would be so helpful if the list could be edited by date range. The way it is it generates a list of EVERYONE that has ever been archived.
