My aging report generates fine as long as I generate a complete report. When I try to generate it for one ins company it does not generate it all for that one ins company. Ex: I want to print every claim for Metlife that is on the report. I select the report to start for Metlife from the first group # listed and then select it to end at the last Metlife group # listed but it will only generate about 5-6 groups #'s at a time. That is crazy to me. PLEASE fix this.
I would also LOVE to be able to generate an ins aging report by date instead of by ins company. That way it would be so much easier to see the claims that are fixing to fall out of the timely filing range. It is overwhelming when it is broken down under each insurance company and group name.
