Statements- Now on bottom is prior balance, current charges new balance , Should also add outstanding ins. and amount due of at least the prior balance.

Patients get confused with these billing statements, there is not an amount due clearly on the statement. Definitely need this to eliminate many phone calls and confusion.

Add onto ledger , dates statements sent for easy view

To view on ledger when a patient has a question about a statement received you can view when sent and review what procedures were on it and what if any were after it was sent and if payment was received after it was sent and before it was received...

Font options for ledger view and payment posting

I have prescription glasses and cannot read the ledger or the payment screen without straining. I have adjusted my font in the appointment book so that is no longer a problem there. Font size options should be a must for all other screens as well ...

Add the ability to read the ledger notes to people without granting them adjustment permissions.

There is no ability for people without adjustment rights to read the notes being left on the ledger. This inability to read notes renders them useless.

print receipt for cash payments

It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a cash payment instead of a walk-out. It saves time and steps for busy offices
