add tooth # to statement

Please add the tooth # to the patients' statements. It is ridiculous that we can't add that to the statement! Only way possible is to print a statement and a ledger or print it then write it on there.

Analysis report that includes the breakdown of all procedure with insurance payment. A combination of Dental Procedure Breakdown with Insurance payment for each procedure

It is useful to see which procedure makes the most sense to focus on based on the insurance payment.

Print Income Tax Receipt

The option now is not an Income Tax Receipt. It should show only payments made by the patient throughout the tax year. Not the adjustments, treatments, ins. payments, etc.

Remove Insurance Estimate on the ledger

Dentrix should be able to provide us the option to remove the section from "expected from dental insurance" because some practices do not add insurance information and each policy is unique.
