I agree 100% with adding an alert to make sure I am ready to send. Unfortunately I have accidently done this a few times and have no way to stop it unless they are the mailed ones. It creates a huge problem when statements go out to patients that should not be receiving it for various reasons and then having to explain what happened. This could easily be avoided with adding one more way to verify the actual sending and avoid wasting everyone's valuable time.
The two times that I have accidentally hit Send, it looks like there is an option to cancel, but it doesn't work. I understand that it's my error, but so many other areas of Dentrix have a pop-up to make sure the action is ready to go.
I agree with this idea. I have accidentally hit the send button several times because I have multiple windows open when trying to decide on sending the claims to patients. Then the statements go and I have to call support to have the statements stopped. A waste of everyone's time.

I have also accidentally hit enter and sent out the claims before I had reviewed all of them.
