Add additional filtes for the ledger page

When auditing an account, the filter to show linked transactions is great. I would be awesometo have additional filters to view only adjustments, only pmts, only charges and also only invalidated items.

To view on ledger when a patient has a question about a statement received you can view when sent and review what procedures were on it and what if any were after it was sent and if payment was received after it was sent and before it was received...

Posting a pymt

Is there a way to move the text up in the pull down tabs. We use medicaid write off the most so I would like that to be first in the lineup. And I agree the write off amt should automatically come up. Thank You Heather S.

Would like to delete from the ledger with right click

Should not be necessary to open a procedure (especially on todays date) to delete

Add the ability to read the ledger notes to people without granting them adjustment permissions.

There is no ability for people without adjustment rights to read the notes being left on the ledger. This inability to read notes renders them useless.

print receipt for cash payments

It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a cash payment instead of a walk-out. It saves time and steps for busy offices

Contact less credit card so that Patients don't give us Corona Virus at the front desk

We are working with World pay and Power pay to get us contact less payments to reduce the spread of the Virus. But apparently both these companies are claiming that it is not them that have to do anythign about it rather the Dentrix softare needs ...

Allocate credit balance from one patient to another on the same account.

If one patient has a credit balance we would like to transfer the credit to a patient that has a debit balance in 1 transaction.

Ability to View Archived Patient Ledger & Document Center

Allow ability to view archived patient ledger and document center without having to change their status to patient or non patient.

Color differentiation for invalidated procedures in ledger!

Invalidated procedures stay in the account ledger but it's very hard to see the +/* difference unless you're looking for it. Having invalidated procedures represented by a text color would easily eliminate a lot of confusion.
