Allow ability to view archived patient ledger and document center without having to change their status to patient or non patient.
Thank you for your feedback! We would like to explore this further. Could you please provide more details/describe the scenario when you need to see ledger or document center for a patient who was archived?
Our office only archives Pts who have passed. Anyone who moves/switches offices gets marked "inactive" and we add "zz" before their last time (ex: zzSmith, John) so their name gets moved to the bottom of the list of patients. If you search Smith and don't see John, you try zzSmith.
This is most useful when another office calls to get a patient's history. To look up treatment history, we would need to look into the ledger and document center in order to view that info but when a patient is archived the only way to do so is to change the patient status from archived to patient in the family file in order to look up that info in the ledger/document center and then go back and archive the patient after looking up that info.
