Allow Ledger Customization

Some patients have very specific requests, such as obtaining a report of 1) only completed services, or 2) completed services and patient payments (no insurance payments), etc.

Single Statements sent within a family

I would like to be able to send individual statements for members under one family. I want to be able to print one statement that the patient owes money and not when where the other patient may hold a credit.
