Day Sheet - Check #s

This would be immensely helpful to accounting for reconciling bank statements. It is near impossible to match patient payments without lots and lots of time of research to figure out deposit postings.

Saved credit card consent should be editable.

This would allow us to edit the template and put additional patient responsibility conditions. It is way too general as it currently stands
