When using Rectangle Health, in order for the Transaction ID to auto populate in the "Note" box, it must be open. Before the G7 update it was already open when we opened the "submit payment" box. After G7 it is automatically closed. I called Dentrix and they said they could not fix it to be automatically open. Having this open automatically when we open the "submit payment" box helps the process of checking out patients quickly and efficiently, especially when we have Clinical staff in the front assisting that don't normally process payments. This creates a jumble at the ck out counter when we have to go in and correct it and makes reprinting reports time consuming.
