For 12.5 years we have not had to worry about the Restorative Procedure code for Composite restorations being correct regarding the tooth number and surfaces on the ledger. Now all of a sudden, with our update to 7.3.3, this feature no longer exists. What makes it worse is that we were never told that this would not be happening on the ledger. So, for 12.5 years, if the surfaces or tooth number changed, the code automatically updated accordingly and it made our workflow seamless. This feature needs to be put back!!! Who knows how many procedures have been submitted incorrectly until we discovered that it wasn't automatically updating for us. I imagine there's an increase in lost revenue as well since the fee wouldn't have been corrected either.
