Preload top 100 common prescriptions into drop down menu

It would be really helpful if the top 100-200 common prescriptions could be automatically loaded into dentrix so we don't have to spend time adding medications or looking up correct spellings.

Alerts for updating Medical Histories/Patient Information inside Questionnaires

Have pt's emergency contact, physician, and pharmacy link to your questionnaire.

It's a double entry for our practice. We've created the field on our HH questionnaire, but it does not transfer the data. into the main screen of the pt's HH.

Health history

We need to be able to print our list . Full list of what meds/ allergies/conditions. Help us to look for duplicates, spelling errors etc. We also have to be able to populate a list of who is attached to certain items that need to be fixed.
