Health History Notes

When clicking on "copy to clinical notes", they are getting paste but the line jumps are not being considered, they are being copied with no spaces so adding a correcting on that will be a good idea.

Health History note should lock

When updating the note in the Health History it should lock, either with a signature or end of the month. You never should allow for a note to be changed.

Pre-Medication checkbox on Family File for all appointments to be noted as "Premed"

On the patients Family File in Health History, having a "Premedication" checkbox to click and it will indicate on every appointment scheduled for the patient that they need to premed.
