Sometimes patients or staff have typos when entering medications. When we are cleaning up our medications from time to time, and we correct this, we end up with a duplicate medication. At this point we have to delete (which would remove from patient chart or inactivate). I'd like to be able to merge these so they have the correct spelling in their chart and the correct pop-ups.
