Originally the staff had inputted into the master medications list all the correct spellings of medications. As the clients often misspell their medications and we have subRDH's, the list has multiple misspelled names. For example, I have 25 Wellbutrin's listed and all attached to unknown charts, so I can't go in and delete them or fix them.

I agree with this! If Dentrix had a way to search medications with patients attached an office could easily fix this problem by consolidating to one correct medication.
