Remove certain procedure codes from "signature manager"

Make a symbol in completed appointment when clinical note is signed.

This would make it easy to look at the appointment book and see which appts need clinical notes.

Clinical Notes Addendum

It would be better if when the addendum is added that it appears at the top of the clinical notes instead of the bottom. The addendum is easily overlooked being at the bottom of the notes.

Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

Add a checkmark next to the patient's name (on the appointment book) when clinical note is signed

Sometimes we forget which clinical notes have been written and/or signed for the day. We have to click on each note to see which ones haven't been written and, more importantly, signed.

Eprescribe

Please make it so that when we prescribe something for a patient it goes into their clinical note like it does when we print a script. We need this for record keeping purposes.
