Bigger font options

We would like to have an option made so that fonts in different areas of the chart can be made larger as needed. Specifically the patient notes for us.

Missing notes in signature manager

Hi! When I filter the notes to show on unsigned notes, there are many notes marked as missing. It would be great if that filter could be refined to not show notes that are missing and only the ones that need to be signed.

Allow the Logged in User to be the default provider for clinical notes when adding new notes

when we make a note (whether it is the doctor, staff, or hygiene) we always have to remember to "change Provider for selected note" It should default to the logged in user.

Only one signature

Getting rid of the option to pick any provider to sign a note. Once we have a default provider, we want to get rid of the option to choose any provider to sign. This is a big security risk.

Allow staff to be able to make clinical notes under their own user ID

Add an "Undo Deleted Clinical Note" button

It would be so helpful if there was an "undo deleted clinical note" button, so if a notes gets deleted on accident, there is this option for 24 hours after the deletion occurred to reverse the action.

Report for Unsigned clinical notes

Need to run report on unsigned clini-notes. No easy way to catch. Also once signed by Doc- a color box like the Health hist or E claim button showing on appt book would be a great quick reference!
