In the Chart Module, I would like to see an "Administrative Notes" along with Clinical Notes. This is where the front desk can type all the conversations with patients instead of having to go to the journal. I personally don't like the journal and never open the journal. It will be much faster just to go to it in the same window rather than opening another module. Please consider my idea. thank you!
