Need to be able to allow the doctor to put her electronic signature in the clinical notes through easy dental so that will be compliant with ADA and Insurance companies.

Add Dragon Speak to notes

Add Dragon Speak or any voice recognition program to Dentrix so I no longer have to spend time typing in my notes or any note taking area after each patient. My notes would be more concise instead of short cuts thus allowing my front desk and bill...

Check off box for chart entry completed

It is hard to reconcile if charts were filled out by the team/provider. If there was a way to have a list of incomplete charts for the day or maybe on the scheduler it would show up that no entry was made?

Missing chart note audit

with new staff/short staff issues we have come to realize a lot of missing chart notes, no entry at all, not even a date... these are only caught if I see a charge in the ledger and need to verify something and the note is missing ...

Addendum alert

If a clinical note needs clarification our team will use the addendum ability - however we feel at times the note gets lost because it's at the very bottom of a signed note. It would be nice to have the note flagged, starred or somehow marked.

Ability to Export Clinical Note Templates to be Imported into New or Other Sites

Offices opening new sites that are not using enterprise, would be able to export clinical note templates with questions from one site and import them into a new office.
