Several years ago whenever a template was used to populate a clinical note, it would post each template item single spaced. After an update (I can't remember which one) it began posting those template items as double spaced. This was frustrating having to edit my clinical note back to single spaced before finishing the note. Dentrix was aware of the issue but had no solution so I just dealt with it. Now, having just updated to version 7.2 the same issue exists but now it posts template items 4-5 line spaces apart! Quite an unpleasant surprise after dealing with double-spacing for years. Again, Dentrix is aware but has no solution. Please correct this issue quickly.

Same exact problem (as guest above commented) we are having after updating to the newest version of Dentrix 7.2. Very frustrating. If Dentrix can fix this issue that would be great!
