Check in forms verbiage it way too long and "Click" is too far into the message DEMAND Force Issue

we send out the check in forms and only get a third of the people to open the text message. They said I just thought it was another reminder. The notification is too wordy. I have already spoke to them and they can not change it.

Too Many Windows open

Coming from EasyDental, where everything is one window. Not several open windows. Every time you click a different icon it opens another window. It shouldn't be like this.

Dentrix support call cost

Hello, Has anyone recently got told by Dentrix Support that a call to Dentrix technical (if not on a Support plan) costs $1,250 + tax? Just wanted to confirm if this is true or not

Change the way route slips print

Dentrix name lengths

Do not have passwords expire

When there is a large number of staff and several doctors it is difficult to keep track of all the changes and to get everyone to do it in a timely manner; especially when not all are in the office at the same time.
