The new dentrix upgrade does not allow for patient's names that are over a certain amount of characters. Do not like the upgrade due to this. Many patient's due to their ethnicity/race/etc have very long names in our community. Feel the new upgrade is not taking into consideration of the ethnicity/backgrounds of many people.
