Select multiple appointments to change status and type

Allow the user to select multiple appointments in any of the Appointment Lists and change the Status or Type (Fixed, Open, ASAP) for the selected appointments. [3742]

Time stamp in the appointment information section for notes.

There's an Insert Dateline in the appt info section for notes. Time stamp will be useful in this section as well so the date/time can be recorded/viewed in this area as well.

Appointment list filter by due dates

In the appointment list view, please add an option to filter it by due dates, please! For example, if I have an appointment on June, but I have it in April, I want to see those cases that have due dates.
